20 minute H.I.I.T. workout for quadriplegics (or paraplegics) or anyone looking for a seated workout (wheelchair exercise). HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. You can also treat it like a great cardio workout. Racheal is a C5/C6 complete spinal cord injury, but the workouts are perfect for anyone who wants a seated cardio or H.I.I.T. workout. Easily adapted for anyone with different disabilities/levels of injury. Instead of wrist weights, feel free to use dumbbells or water bottles or nothing at all-it’s totally up to you.
