Commit to our 4-Week Challenge to start living a more healthy and independent lifestyle
If you sign up with a friend and complete the entire 4-Week Challenge, both you AND your friend will receive a FREE Zūk Fitness shirt
Challenge Rules
To complete this challenge, you will need to work out 3-5x per week for 4 consecutive weeks (workouts are only 15 to 30 minutes!)
New quad and para workouts will be posted every day during the challenge on our website
Challenge Details
At the beginning of the challenge, publicly commit by posting on IG and/or FB. This is an important step so you will hold yourself accountable!
Post should include:
-How many workouts per week you are committing to
-Why you decided to take part in this challenge
-Tag @Zuk_Fitness and #ZukFitnessChallenge
-Tag 2 friends you want to challenge
At the completion of each week, post to your IG or FB (story or post) including:
-The week # you are finishing
-Tag @Zuk_Fitness and #ZukFitnessChallenge
-Tag 2 friends you want to challenge
-Anything else you'd like (how you're feeling, how you like it, motivation for friends, etc.)
