Introducing Ryan, who has a Masters in kinesiology/exercise science, and our fitness model is Josh, who has spina bifida, which is very similar to a SCI. Follow us as we start off with a great warm-up using stretch cords and bodyweight, and then we get right into a great circuit that only requires dumbbells. If you have a sandbag or medicine ball that will work great too! As always, improvise as needed and be safe! We’ll bring the motivation, you bring a friend!
