Grab your wrist weights or 5 pound dumbbells and let’s go!

This one is great for quads or paras or absolutely anyone for that matter! Improvise as needed. You can grab on any weights that you would like instead of wrist weights (water bottles dumbbells or nothing at all!) Shawn uses 5 pound wrist weights, most SCI quads would only want 1 or 2 pounds, so do what’s right for you.

Our story: Zuk Fitness was founded by a lifelong athlete who tragically became a very high level quadriplegic at 25, and found a new life goal. He found there were no good motivating options for working out as a quad, and wanted to regain his love for fitness and share it with the spinal cord injury community & everyone else with mobility impairments.
