Introducing our new remote instructor Racheal! You would get your heart rate up while moving through this nonstop 15 minutes of strength building. She has personally gained so much strength over the past couple years to renew the exact exercises, so she is “rolling” proof that these wheelchair exercises work! 😂
This one is great for quads or paras or absolutely anyone for that matter! Improvise as needed. You can grab on any weights that you would like instead of wrist weights (water bottles dumbbells or nothing at all!)
Most SCI quads would only want 1 or 2 pounds, so do what’s right for you.
