Forum

We created this forum as a place for the SCI and mobility-impaired community to be able to share useful information and help each other out. I’ve been injured for years and I’m still learning things that make my life easier and it’s most often from another SCI community member. For this reason we wanted to create a more effective way of sharing information and improving each other’s lives. At Zūk, we believe in promoting positivity, living a healthy lifestyle, encouraging and enabling independence, and the idea that we are stronger together. Thank you for being a part of this movement.

T12 complete paraplegic from Spina Bifida.

I have a variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Butterfly bar, Magneciser Handcycle, and split ropes. I also use a variety of household items like pillows and  towels.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and i currently lift weights. I would recommend something light to start out with such as water bottles depending on the level of injury or disability
