We created this forum as a place for the SCI and mobility-impaired community to be able to share useful information and help each other out. I’ve been injured for years and I’m still learning things that make my life easier and it’s most often from another SCI community member. For this reason we wanted to create a more effective way of sharing information and improving each other’s lives. What is your disability/level and what workout equipment have you used and what would you recommend.
I have Multiple Sclerosis and i currently lift weights. I would recommend something light to start out with such as water bottles depending on the level of injury or disability
