Balanced shoulder routine for paraplegics using resistance Bands

Follow Bryan in this well-rounded 20 minute deltoid (shoulder) workout for anyone in a wheelchair. All you need is your stretch cord and a door anchor. Quadriplegics (Or if you have limited hand function) you can follow along using wrist straps clipped to the stretch cord. We are using TRX Strength bands With TRX Bandits handles, But any resistance bands will work.
