We are doing a 21-Day Challenge series, this is week 1 day 3 of the series to help you gain weight training. It takes 21 days to start a habit so this is going to be your series tutorial to build muscles, consistency is the most important thing to weight training. This training is focused on the back using light dumbbells and mini-bands.
