Having a strong core is so important for so many reasons. It will make everything in life easier for you and helps you have better form with anything that you do. Strengthening your core even the little bit will massively improve your balance as well!

Even if you are a higher level paraplegic, you can strengthen whatever you do have. Bryan is a T6/T7 SCI para and this has helped him gain so much strength in his abs. This would be an awesome habit to get into, using your kitchen counter, knock out the core workout every time you’re on your kitchen.
