We are doing a 21-Day Challenge series, this is week 1 day 4 of the series to help you gain weight training. It takes 21 days to start a habit so this is going to be your series tutorial to build muscles, consistency is the most important thing to weight training. This fourth exercise is focused on chest strength and building upper body muscles using light dumbbells or wrist weights. You can do it on your bed!
