Join Racheal in bed (haha yeah you heard us), for this 25-minute instructional full-body stretching video for spinal cord injury quadriplegics. It’s an excellent stretch routine that C5, C6, and C7 level spinal cord injuries (or any paraplegics) can do independently. If you are paralyzed or have a disability it’s even more important to stretch, move your joints and work your range of motion to maintain healthy muscles, healthy tendons, and a healthy body. Even seniors /elderly can do these stretches in bed.
