Fitness used to be my entire life. I'm trying to make it super accessible and motivating for everyone in a wheelchair.
I'm a C-4/C-5 complete SCI. I got injured diving into a wave at the beach. I'm a big believer and helping out our SCI community and we are each other's biggest resources for dealing with our injuries.
