They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, so what better way to get into a solid workout routine than this 21 day challenge?!
Guidelines and Recommendations:
The 4 workouts can be done any 4 days of the week
On the other 3 days (or every day if you want), do 30 minutes of cardio on your own. Preferably in the morning to get your metabolism up for the day. Get your heartrate up anyway that you’d like. Go for a 30 minute push (or walk if you can), or use wrist weights and do arm circles/air boxing, or pick any cardio workout from the library.
Other great habits to start:
Drink at least 16 ounces of water right when you wake up, immediately start your 30 minutes of cardio and use this time to plan your day. (You’ll find it’s much easier to think clearly once you get your blood moving!)
After working out, always do some stretching and and eat a meal, or, consume at least 15 g of protein

I’ll do the 21 day challenge. It’s too hot outside to enjoy the out doors so might as well workout.
