I am a T12 complete paraplegic. I’m looking for an accountability partner. I have created a 6-week fitness program for myself that will begin Monday, April 18th.
I will be doing strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am cst. I will be using resistance bands and dumbbells. I may add kettlebells and a bar.
I will be doing cardio on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10 am cst. I will be using split ropes, a tabletop handcycle and doing arm movements.
If you would like to join me, let me know. If you don’t want to do this workout, that’s fine too. I just find it easier to workout with someone or at least have someone to check in with.
