I’m 39 years old. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I’ve been involved with animal rescue for over 20 years.

Growing up, fitness was difficult. There were few disabled role models. I’m becoming more involved in fitness as I find others like me. Also the extra difficulties that come with aging as a disabled person compounds the need to be in better shape.
